Plants that are included in the family Apocynaceae is a plant species with different chemical content. According to Ir. Winarto, herbalist of the Gardens Medicine Karyasari, there are more than 70 kinds of alkaloids in all parts of the plant vinca. Even within the plant vinca alkaloids also have anticancer, namely the active component of vinblastine and leurocristine (vincristine).
