Local Name:
NAME crude drug Radix Glycyrrhiza, Radix Liquiritae; Roots Sweet.

Description:
This crude drug is still imported, as yet to be planted in Indonesia. Parts used Root.

PRODUCT USE:
Anti-cholesterol.
Bronchitis.
Cough.
Heartburn
Peptic Ulcer

INGREDIENTS AND DOSING:

1.Cough

Remedy:
Sweet Root 1.5 grams
Rhizome 8 grams
Betel leaf 3 pieces
Water 130 ml

How to manufacture:
Created infusion.

How to use:
Taken 2 times a day, morning and evening before eating, drinking 100 ml every time.

Duration of treatment:
Repeated until healed.

2.Gastric ulcer

Remedy:
Sweet Root 3 grams
Turmeric rhizome 4 grams
Water 130 ml

How to manufacture:
Created by infusion or poured boiling water.

How to use:
Taken 2 times a day, morning and afternoon. Each time drank 100 ml.

Duration of treatment:
Repeated for 14 days. For patients who can not stand the heat of saffron, herbs can beadded water to dilute, precipitated first and then drink.

Warning..!!!!!
Dose that is too big and use too long can result in hipoklamia.

Composition:
Glisirhisin, saponins, glycosides likuiritin, asparagine, umbeliferona, glabrolida,glucose, sucrose, likuiritat acid, hidroksiglisirhitat sour, bitter substances, essential oils,and asparagine.
